rebuilt the pipeline that replicates savings projects across Saint-Gobain plants: previously manual spreadsheet integrations became an API, running as Cloud Run Jobs + Scheduler with hash-based idempotent sync, auditing and rollback — recommendations that already total ~R$ 13–15 million in savings.

24/7 computer vision in production

I lead the compliance-monitoring front for a fuel-station chain with YOLO at the edge integrated with LLMs via google-genai, LangGraph and RAG, plus a retraining loop fed by user feedback — a 2-station pilot scaling toward the chain's ~50 stations.

Demand forecasting and inventory optimization

Prophet algorithms for demand forecasting and daily purchase, inter-branch transfer and substitute-product recommendations, integrated with the Sankhya ERP — automated daily runs in production.

Chemical R&D with Bayesian optimization

modernized a previously manual R&D process (trial-and-error greenhouse cycles) into a workflow assisted by generative AI (Gemini via google-genai) — the Colibri agent — with next-formulation-to-test suggestions via BayBE (Merck's open-source framework) — fewer physical greenhouse cycles, in production for a chemical manufacturer.

AI cost observability (Prometheus/Grafana)

implemented the production observability stack on my own initiative — Prometheus + Grafana on a stateful VM — monitoring AI cost, usage and infrastructure across the computer vision and R&D projects.

Intelligent catalog: PDF ingestion and semantic search

took part in founding a catalog platform — PDF catalog extraction with Gemini Vision, confidence scoring with human curation, and pgvector for semantic search — in production.
